Returns
To request a return, please email us at info@shopreminiscence.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be approved in writing before sending anything back.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise approved upon review.
Upon our review we will issue either a store credit or issue a refund.
Once approved, items must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days in their original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to any items not returned in original condition or packaging.
Store credit or refund will be issued once the returned items are received and processed by our returns team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopreminiscence.com
Please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) for approval.
Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions.
Upon receiving the item(s), we’ll provide options to replace your item.
Final Sale Items
All sale or special-price items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
